What's the chances of getting a job working as an animator for Disney?

If there is anything that I have done my whole life it is draw. I don't draw anything like Monet or Van Gogh, but I can draw comic book characters pretty well, and fast... Even though I'm a junior guy in high school, whenever I see a Disney movie come on, my inner childhood explodes with happiness. What are the chances of being an animator for Pixar or Disney? I visited this studio at MGM in Orlando, and I know that most of the animators are drawing it on computer tablets and not just paper, and that would still satisfy me and I believe I could do just as well with that...
