You do have a chance with her - she tells you things that she normally wouldn't discuss with strangers right? That means that you're really easy to talk to. You guys sounds like really good friends even though you've known each other shortly. I say keep this thing going - it's good. Keep talking to her, listening to her, etc. When she breaks up with her boyfriend, be her shoulder to cry on (if she needs one).
