Sounds like youre just looking for a stereo receiver and not a surround sound reciever. Most stereo receivers are 4 channels and they give out enough power to push those 15s. I would go with sony or kenwood. Stereo recievers with the A/B option (front & rear) focus more on pushing the big speakers. They give out about 100 watts per speaker which is more than enough. Surround sound receiver have too many channels to distribute power to, and thats why you need a sub with them. Rated wattage is for each speaker.
