Starting child custody hearing. But my children have not lived with me in two years.?

Nobody here knows all of the facts and therefore could not even begin to guess what the courts will do. However, if you can prove your tax and/or the state aid allegations against him he'll probably end up in jail or at least a hefty fine and the courts will probably remove the children from his custody.
