How would you describe van gogh's starry night to a blind person?

art is about how it makes you feel. if the person is blind from birth, there's no point describing form/colors as such. you can start with how realistic the painting is: it is stars at night but not how we see it. to me, the painting looks like a movie: there's movement in it cuz it has these curly shapes in the sky. I also associate it with water, waves, cold and not-so-cold parts of the sea when you swim. so, when the visual sense is not relevant, you use the other senses to describe what it's like.
