How can I lose weight during summer break?

For losing weight you should try to play football. it is the best way to lose weight. if you cant do that. Do some regular exercises. do jogging in early morning, cycling or swimming in the evening, eat more vegetables in dinner and lunch, like make salad for your self 4 to 5 vegies in each salad. take fruits in break fast, Add green tea in your diet after dinner. and lemon juice in your breakfast. and also do one more exercise that is do workout on on stairs at your home go up and down. it is very effective.
